Greetings Utility Customer:

In the interest of ensuring the accuracy of your utility payments and to protect the security of your payment effective immediately the City of Jourdanton will:

1. no longer accept cash payments left in the city hall overnight drop box- only a check or money order; and,

2. no longer accept credit card payments over the city hall phone.

Rest assured, in person payments at city hall can still be made with cash, credit card, or a valid money order.

Friendly Reminder:

• Water bills are due on the 12^th of each month before 3 p.m.
• Delayed/unpaid utility bills receive a 10% late fee due by the 22^nd of each month to avoid a $30 late/reconnect fee.
